Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Fladin (https://fladin.com) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Service. It applies to visitors of our website and to registered account holders. By using the Service you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

Account data

When you create an account we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google we receive your basic profile (name, email, avatar).

Payment data

Billing is processed by Stripe. We receive and store a Stripe customer ID, the plan you are on, and your subscription period — not full card numbers. Stripe's own privacy policy governs your payment details.

Content you create

We store the AI influencer characters you create, the reference photos you upload, the prompts you submit, and the images (and in future releases, videos) generated from them. This content is stored in Supabase Storage and linked to your account.

Social-account data

If you connect a social account (Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, YouTube) we receive the access token and account metadata necessary to publish on your behalf via our posting partner, bundle.social. You can disconnect any account at any time from the dashboard.

Usage and device data

We automatically log basic event data such as IP address, browser, timestamps, pages visited, and generation activity to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Service (authentication, generation, scheduling, posting).
To process payments and enforce plan limits (generations, posts, connected accounts).
To communicate with you about your account, billing, security, and product updates.
To detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, and technical issues.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. AI Model Providers

Your prompts and reference images are sent to third-party AI model providers (for example Google, OpenAI, or other image and video model providers we integrate with) to generate your Outputs. We only send what is necessary to produce the generation you request, and we do not grant these providers permission to train their models on your content when an opt-out is offered. Each provider's terms and privacy policy apply to data they process on our behalf.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the processors that make the Service work:

Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
Stripe — subscription billing and invoicing.
bundle.social — social-account connections and scheduled posting to third-party networks.
AI model providers — image and video generation (see Section 3).
Hosting and analytics — infrastructure providers used to run and monitor the Service.
Legal authorities — where required by law, court order, or governmental request.

5. Public Sharing You Control

Some features let you publish content to your own public Fladin profile page or to connected social networks. Content you publish this way becomes public and is controlled by you. You can remove it at any time, but caches and copies on third-party platforms may persist beyond our control.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data, characters, and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete associated personal data, characters, reference photos, generated content, and social-account connections within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, row-level security policies on our database, and scoped access tokens for third-party integrations. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication on the accounts you connect.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EEA, UK, and California) you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly from the dashboard (edit profile, delete account). For anything else, contact support@fladin.com and we will respond within a reasonable time frame.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

11. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States and the European Union, depending on where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
